Takadimi
Manjit Singh is a respected and popular tabla player and Indian music figure in New Zealand. He has performed and collaborated with many local and international musicians.
His band Takadimi blends ancient classical Indian music with Western Jazz and world music.
Featuring some stellar local jazz figures, the band will perform their originals and a selection of Jazz and world music numbers.
Enjoy the tabla grooves and ancient ragas with a swing of Jazz.
